The Spires & Steeples Arts & Heritage Trail runs from Lincoln Cathedral to St Denys Church in Sleaford passing through beautiful countryside and picturesque villages, many with their own village art trails, along the way.

This 3 mile trail is inspired by the rich heritage of the market town of Sleaford and features eighteen bronze roundels situated at significant historical sites and visitor attractions including Cogglesford Mill, Navigation House, The National Centre for Craft and Design and Sleaford station. This circular cycle route starts and finishes at Sleaford station and follows quiet roads and cycle paths. The route is mostly level and you can chose the 26 or shorter 16 mile route. To view the route click here
For those with a little extra time why not try this 41 mile circular trail which extends as far as Woolsthorpe, via Grantham, before returning to Sleaford via Allington, Barkston and Wilsford. Not one for the faint hearted! For the route information click here
