Any problems you encounter at our stations or with our service should be reported directly to the Train Operating Company (TOC) responsible for that station or service. We have three TOC’s on our line; East Midlands Railway operate the Poacher Line and manage all our stations except Grantham; which is managed by London North Eastern Railway and CrossCountry who operate a service out of Nottingham station.
