The Sleaford Heritage Trail

Welcome to Sleaford’s Heritage Trail

You can join in the trail at any of the locations mentioned in the link below, but use the one conveniently situated at the entrance to Sleaford station!

The Nottingham Trail

Eyup mi ducks! Walk this fun trail around some of Nottingham’s most iconic landmarks. The tour should take around one to two hours to walk, depending on your pace and will introduce you to some of the most notorious, fun, and fascinating parts of Nottingham City Centre. Expect to see castles and caves, pubs and prisons and mirrors and masterpieces. To download the trail map click here

Etched in Time

Boston History Tours

Guided tours showcasing Boston’s glorious history and architecture, from medieval times through to the important role it played in the Pilgrim Fathers story. Tours take place on Wednesday mornings and Sunday afternoons; meeting point just a short stroll from Boston station. For more information and to book click here

The Spires & Steeples Arts & Heritage Trail runs from Lincoln Cathedral to St Denys Church in Sleaford passing through beautiful countryside and picturesque villages, many with their own village art trails, along the way.

Sleaford Arts & Heritage Trail

This 3 mile trail is inspired by the rich heritage of the market town of Sleaford and features eighteen bronze roundels situated at significant historical sites and visitor attractions including Cogglesford Mill, Navigation House, The National Centre for Craft and Design and Sleaford station. The trail takes around 2 hours to complete and maps are available to download here

Ridges & Furrows
