Swineshead Station

Welcome to Swineshead this small market village is infamous for having King John stay at the Abbey in 1216.


Today the village boasts many facilities including The Barge pub adjacent to this station and a plethora of listed buildings for you to enjoy.

Swineshead station is an unmanned station consisting of 2 platforms with step free access, the Nottingham bound platform is accessed by a foot crossing. There is no parking facilities at the station.
